Privacy policy - ONwork

ONwork logo

This privacy policy describes how ONwork collects and uses information about visitors to our site. The policy contains information you are entitled to when we are collecting information from our website, and general information about how we process personal information. The legal owner of the website is responsible for processing of the company's personal data. It is voluntary for those who visit our websites to provide personal information in connection with services such as receiving newsletters. The basis for treatment is the consent of the individual visitor, unless otherwise specified.

Web analytics and cookies

In order to offer a user-friendly website, we look at the user pattern of those who visit the pages. To analyze the information, we use the analysis tool Google Analytics. Google Analytics uses cookies (small text files that the website stores on the user's computer), which register the users' IP address, and which provide information about the individual user's movements online.

Examples of what the statistics give us answers to are; how many people visit different pages, how long the visit lasts, which websites the users come from and which browsers are used. None of the cookies allows us to link information about your use of the website to you as an individual. The information collected by Google Analytics is stored on Google's servers in the United States.

Information received is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. An IP address is defined as personal information because it can be traced back to a specific hardware and thus to an individual. We use Google Analytics' tracking code which anonymizes the IP address before the information is stored and processed by Google. Thus, the stored IP address cannot be used to identify the individual user.

Search

If the website has a search functionality, information about used keywords will be stored in Google Analytics. The purpose of the storage is to improve our information offer. The pattern for searches is stored in aggregate form. Only the keyword is stored, and they can not be linked to other information about the users, such as to the IP addresses.

Newsletter

The website can send out newsletters via e-mail if you have registered to receive this. In order for us to send e-mail, you must register an e-mail address. Hubspot is the data processor for the newsletter. The e-mail address is stored in a separate database, it is not shared with others and is deleted when you cancel the subscription. The e-mail address will also be deleted if we receive feedback that it is not active.

Registration and form

ONwork uses HubSpot to analyze patterns and give you a better user experience on the website (read more about HubSpot here). You are completely anonymous until you fill in a contact, registration or other form. Then the history will be linked to your e-mail address.

The website may have a form for registration, contact form or other forms. These forms are made available to the public to perform the tasks they are intended to perform. Registration form is for visitors to sign up or register for interest. The contact form is for visitors to easily send a message to the website's contact person. We then ask for the name of the submitter and contact information.
